NEW DELHI: The Staff Selection Commission(SSC) exam scam created a humongous chaos between students and government. SSC is basically an examination for the designation posts in different ministries and central departments in the government. SSC CGL exam is conducted by the Indian government every year which includes written examination paper as well as interviews for various subordinate offices.
This year SSC exam was held on between February 17 to 21 February. Later, It was revealed that the question paper and the answers of the questionnaire was already published on social media before exam got over. Many students found out that the answers of some questions were already marked in the question paper. This resulted the leakage of the exam and the mass cheating due to which Commission cancelled the paper as well as ordered a CBI investigation.
The majority of candidates came around together to protest against the leakage of the exam at the SSC Office in Lodhi Road, New Delhi since February 27. They all were demanding a CBI official inquiry over the leakage of the exam. Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh said, “We have accepted demands of protesting candidates and have given orders for a CBI inquiry, protests should now stop.”
Political parties as well several student groups like NSUI came out into support the candidates who were protesting against the scam from almost a week at SSC Office. Many affiliated group and political parties members also came in to support the candidates and fought against the discrepancies in the competitive examination system.
With lakhs of protesters clamouring for justice it is clear that SSC CLG Mains 2018 must be scrapped & rescheduled. A CBI inquiry into the leak is imperative. Our nation cannot afford to shake the faith of our students in the competitive examination system. pic.twitter.com/N9sR5b41l2

I trust the word of @DrJitendraSingh who has approached the issue constructively throughout. He acted on my tweets, calls & personal emails even on a Sunday. If he tells me a CBI inquiry has been ordered, that's good enough for me. Protestors should know when they have won. #SSC https://t.co/hKDkBa03RD

Jobs being sold, future of millions of youth jeopardised, unabated protests continue for 3 days in Delhi, yet Modiji & SSC remain mum.
If there is nothing wrong, why no CBI probe?
Will PM answer?
Will media listen? pic.twitter.com/PwGeMNxaUf
